- Develop a plan for the establishment, Japanese International School development strategies in Vietnam
- Develop education programs which meet international standard, Japanese standard, the standard Vietnam
- Establish organization structure, management, operating entire company
- Orientation, planning, implementing business strategies;
- Analysis of the market, competitors, and proposes policy options to improve the quality of training & education service;
- Propose and implement effective solutions for the sales development.
- Coordinate with all department building a professional management system in order to maximize the efficiency of the system;
- Develop global culture, respect and preserve Japan - Vietnam cultural values .
- Build up an intelligent human net work.

• Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in similar positions or at least head of division in other International school.
- Good communication skill, problem solving, team work, organizational skill.
- Leadership skills, Result oriented.
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, decisive, honest, working passionately.
- Ability to work independently, in teams, work well under pressure.
• Skills:
- Leadership Skills.
- Languages: excellent english verbal and written communication skills, know Japanese is more priority.
- Strategic planning Skill, market assessing and analizing skill;
- Understanding of education service and operation;
- Understanding the human psyche;
- Understand the Vietnamese Education & FDI laws.
- Leadership: planning skills, management, opporation and coordination skills, problem solving , presentation skills and the ability to create unity in the whole company.
